Following our excellent special evening meeting on 25th Oct 2023 where James Bishop presented an overview of DCC and explained some of the myths and mysteries of DCC (Digital Command control) for model railway operation. Running your locomotives at the correct speed and being able to set a realistic top speed on your own DCC controller. This as a single item made this evening worthwhile. Stop using Choc Block connectors for the electrical connections instead use Soldered joints or connectors similar to that shown below.
